3. The Water Gate

Nasimiyu was a Maasai shepherdess who lived in Kenya with her large family. She had 12 children and 48 grandchildren, whom she loved dearly. She was a devout Christian who prayed every day. She worked hard to take care of her sheep and goats, as well as her household chores. She never complained or asked for anything more than what she had. She was happy with her simple life, but she also had many adventures and challenges along the way. She had faced droughts and floods, predators and poachers, diseases and accidents. She had seen beautiful landscapes and wildlife, met different people and cultures, learned new skills and languages. She had laughed and cried, celebrated and mourned, loved and lost.
